Please take a little time to read the watch face installation instructions carefully before proceeding.
NOTE: If you get stuck in a payment loop (being asked to pay again), it is likely a synchronization issue with Google’s servers. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your watch from your phone, or toggle the "Airplane" mode on your watch for a few seconds. Don't worry, you will only be charged once.
Synchronization might take a while. To speed things up, clear the cache and reboot your watch. Please note that this is a Google server issue and not related to the watch face developer.
Tap the drop-down button ▼, select "Watch" ✅, and tap "Install".
Note: A download icon should appear on your watch face screen indicating the process has started.
Activating the Watch Face:
Once the installation is complete, long-press your current watch screen, swipe left, and tap "ADD WATCH FACE" to activate your new design.
Do you only see the "Refund" or "Uninstall" buttons in the store? Don’t worry, this is normal. You just need to ACTIVATE your watch face manually:
You can safely delete the companion app from your phone once the watch face is successfully applied.
Watch is Asking for Payment Again:
Ensure you are using the EXACT SAME Google account on both your watch and your phone. If they match, please wait for the servers to synchronize. The "Install" button will eventually replace the price tag. You can try clearing your watch's cache and restarting it to speed up this process.
Double Billing:
If you were charged twice, you likely have different Google accounts active on your phone and watch. Purchases are tied to the account, not the device. Please cancel the purchase on your phone and ensure both devices share the same primary Google account.
How to Request a Refund:
Disclaimer: As developers, we do not handle financial transactions directly; all payments are processed securely by Google. We have no control over the Play Store’s payment gateway or server synchronization speeds.
How to access customization:
1 – Touch and hold the watch display. 2 – Tap on the "Customize" button at the bottom.
You can tailor data fields to your liking (e.g., weather, steps, time zone, sunset/sunrise, barometer, next appointment, etc.).
App Shortcut Note:
When configuring an app shortcut, select "App Shortcut" from the general list first, then pick your desired app. Choosing a standard complication instead of a shortcut may result in blank icons.
Sensor Permissions:
Ensure all sensor permissions are granted after installation. If you missed the initial prompt, temporarily switch to another watch face, switch back to N-SPORT, and accept the permission request.
Distance formatting (Km vs Miles):
If you want to use Kilometers (Km) while keeping the language in English, set your smartphone's system language to English (UK) or English (Singapore). Selecting English (US) will default the distance to Miles.
Heart Rate Tracking:
Upon initial installation, tap the heart rate area on the watch face and wait a few seconds for the first manual measurement. For versions 1.0.4 and newer, heart rate monitoring is automatic. You can set the measurement intervals directly in your watch’s Health Settings.
